Brand Ambassador Agreement
BRAND AMBASSADOR AGREEMENT
This agreement describes the terms and conditions for participation in the Brand Ambassador Program. The terms "Brand Ambassador," "you," and "your" are referring to you, the applicant. "We" and "our" refer to CMTEES
We are independent parties and this agreement will not form any partnership.
SERVICES
You agree to promote our brand on your social media sites, Twitter, Facebook or Instagram. We will provide product for you to promote. You will share your unique code to your audience to generate sales.
AGREEMENT TERMS
You agree to post no later than a week after items are received. Every 2 weeks you will have the option to request more items to promote. We reserve the right to end agreement at any time. And to deny request if we feel the collaboration is not beneficial for both parties involved.
COMMISSION FEES
Commission will be 15% of sales based on sales from your followers. This will be tracked by the unique discount code you will share with your follower.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE
Payment will be on the 10th of every month via Paypal which will begin 30 days after first post.

RESTRICTIONS
Our brand Ambassadors agree to reflect our brand in a positive light and not post anything related to the following:
- X- rated and promote sexually explicit materials
- Promoting violence and discord
- Promoting discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age
- Promoting illegal or questionable activities
NO RESALE
Products rendered are for personal and promotion use, and you will not resell them
